We collect explicit consent before sending any SMS messages. Customers opt in through the following methods:
Opt-Out: Every SMS message includes "Reply STOP to opt out" instructions. Customers can also opt out by contacting us directly or updating their preferences in the customer portal. Opt-out requests are processed immediately.
Message Frequency: Customers typically receive 1–5 messages per month, depending on their service schedule. Messages are strictly transactional and related to active service appointments or account activity.
